For 200 hundred years, this estate boasted an exquisite rose garden and its content was originally imported from China into France. Finally Lucia Mocenigo, Joséphine Bonaparte’s close friend, a well-known for her love for roses, imported them into Venice. The flower is characterized by a lightly tinted, silky-pink color.
